for rollers its trial and error really, buy a few sets and have a play...

also rich mixtures make the throttle response a little wooly, lean is best for real sharp throttle response....but get it too lean and youll put a hole in your piston, ive got the holed piston to prove it

have a play with roller weights and your idle mixture screw, The MHR-rep pipe isnt the revviest pipe in the world, but it is supposed to be pretty torquey ;)

im sure i heard lighter rollers give better accel, well slightly
might buy some between 4 and 6 and have a play with them
    that sound alright??

too heavy and you loose acceleration, too light and you loose top end, people see this and think its the opposit. its about the RIGHT rollers wich will be fastest accelerating AND have your max top end, if you cant get this your gearing is too long/variator is poo or you just have a poor performing engine (usually poor jetting or wrongly selected/plain shit parts)

acceration and torque similar but different things what u want to do mate is get some carbon fibre reeds or even a new performance reed block and thn set up ur carb again this will giv u better throtle responce also it might b a gd idea to get a performace variator which will giv you better acceration and torque if u already have one then you will have to play around with your set up abit like rollers, clutch springs, torque springs might be a good idea to have slightly higher revs eg lighter rollers togher torque spring

if you really want more torque go for an overrange malossi kit its not cheap like nearly £300 but the torque you get is immense ! I have a mbk stunt 70cc with full overaange and the pull is soo smooth all the way through the ranges and puls constantly quickly perfect for wheelies. if not play round with your rollers.
NOTE: the fitting of this kit requires a minimum of mechanical understanding to shave the ribbs inside the transmission cassing to allow the oversize rear pulley to fit and i mean quite a lt of grinding nealry 2 mm around where the torque driver and bell fits!
