Check belt for width and rollers for flat spots

    In what way "spontaneous"?

what i ment is that if the problem caused by the belt the speed gonna decrease day by day 80>76>72>69 but happens in one day after i changed an old original standard air filter by a new one

    Ah, now I understand.
I would hazard a guess that the old air filter was more dense than the new one, or maybe dirty, thereby not allowing as much air through as the new one. Or vice versa.
If you still have it, put the old filter back on and see what happens. If it goes well again then it will need either up or down jetting to balance the new air filter flow through.
