Aerox struggliing to tick over

I went out to my aerox this morning and it come on choke, ticked over etc. Once you get going along and say stop at the traffic lights the scooter dies! if you slowly come off the throttle it will JUST MANAGE to tick over.

the idle screw is all the way in! Ive cleaned the filter and had the carb cleaned but nothing! im pretty sure its the air screw mixture that's wrong but the screw is fu**ed and wont budge!

Is a new carb on the horizon?
