Aerox stage 6 70 streetrace

Hi I have recently replaced my cylinder kit for the stage 6 70cc streetrace kit! I have fitted the kit but still running on the standard Gurnter 12mm carb, also running stage 6 variator and motoforce clutch with green 6000rpm springs. The problem is that the bike really is struggling to go. Anyone able to cast there minds for me please??

 

12mm carb its just not big enough buddy , you really want to be running 17.5mm or 21mm carb with a upjet on the mainjet
you now have a bigger capacity and the poor 12mm carb just cannot feed enough fuel to fill that new capacity so your only getting half of whats really required and thats whats holding the motor back from unleashing all that 70cc goodness . if you have not done already you should really add a derestricted sports exhaust and that will be the icing on the cake as so to speak
