hello guys, i know this is over asked but i have a reason behind this question haha.

The only jet i can find for my aerox for a TK carb is a 92 or above. The stock jet size is 76

Is 92 going to be ott for rejeting a stock aerox to run with a leo vince zx derestricted pipe? Their are smaller jet sizes avalible but nobody has stock it seems

    any help most appreciated

Well it s an increase of just over 20%... seems a lot to me for just an exhaust...

What size carb is it ? I'd be tempted to go grab a cheap dellorto 17.5 if it was me.

i grabbed an 86 jet (closest i could find in stock) so hopefully that will do me ok for now

i agree on the carb front, i popped a 34mm onto my rs from the stock 28 and saw a nice power diffrence, mainly bottom end.

The stock carb is apparently a Teikei 16, wether that means its a 16mm im not sure. But i hear the 22mm is a good options as im looking into having the stock head ported by mick abbey

Porting a 50 is a bad idea, Yes you'll get good power, But it'll last a week on the road. Buy a malossi sport, probably cost you less too. 22 is over kill on a 50.

its a 100cc sorry didnt make that clear bud

the engine fitted is meant to be heavily restricted by its porting, mick abbey the porter has worked on them before in quads i belive with fantastic results

a 16mm carb on a 100cc?.. really (I never touched a 100cc so I dont know what they would put on)

@ Johnny: Pictures of your engine ported would be nice! :D What is it like your ped on a P4 (Dyno in english?)?

yer a 16mm, seems tiny as my rs was 28mm stock

the engine is well known to be heavily resricted via the ports. The exhaust ports especailly. If i have the cash and dont find a 172 project before hand i will have the barrel ported.

I have just measured the belt which has a wear limit of 16mm and mines 14-15 max, so i have a polini on order. Will that effect top end speed a little bit?
