Aerox spluttering

Bike was running ok with an size 86 jet in but I up jetted to 90 because of the 70kit and the pipe and now it splutters... I've tried a 96 95 or w.e and a few over sizes.... It seems to splutter at full throttle but still seems fastish.... I'm not 100% sure if I should try the standard jet in because before the rebuild it worked fine :wtf: and now since I've up jetted it splutters I might try a new spark plug because I'm not sure if the one thats in atm is any good..

Suggestions please?

I've done the following

Cleaned the carb and the other jets out
cleaned the air filter out...

down jet should only need to upjet by bout 2 sizes if that with a 70cc kit

 

nd a pipe* standard is a 86 so i need a 88?

pipe and 70cc about 2-4 size increase.

 

Ok thanks for the heko I'll test some jets out after work

 

x2, they may be too heavy, my bike did this a while back when i first fitted the streetrace

 

I think there 4.3 had them in for a while and never had any problems... there not flat at all aswell I'll try the jetting first
