aerox slow on accelation

    rite ive got a 2007 aerox brought as a non runner put new spark plug in and it was running now ive put a new belt spark plug air filter standard it has a leo vince exshault on it put brand new 6 gram rollers in started it up when for a ride but seems not to go into high revs unless im going downa hill its very slow 2bh could this be my clutch at all ive ordered one i noticed it has a blue contra spring is that a problem for its accelation at all?

    okay mine does the same thing put some 4.5 g rollers in might help i mean i havent got my setup sorted out yet , and check for air leaks and stuff because mine had the exact same problem and i found that the air box manifold wasnt on properly

    oh and check the jet if its too high it kills the acceleration mine was standard 86 i just changed it down to 76 and it flys

    what is the standard jet on a aerox how much should i go up by ?

    any more news on why my aerox will be slow at all blue polini torque spring aproblem? and what size is the carb jet standard?

    86 is the standard jet i think.

    jetting shouldn't be too far out on a leo pipe

    i would drop a standard contra spring in and start at about 4.5 on the rollers, also run standard clutch springs to start with.

    ok thanks for that ive put standard contra spring in and have new clutch on it and done rollers and which has made a lot of difference only problem now is a have a bit of flat spot at about 15 mph and then again at 45 anythinng to do wiv carb reed or the jet?

    i have simular problems but at 30 and 40 and my bike was running decent and then i put ma pm tuning clutch and its just lost all power basically , i was using the blue springs with it. does any1 kno ? shall i down jet to 72?
