my mate has a aerox with a malossi sport 70s malossi reedblock malossi manifold 21mm carb, malossi air filter, malossi variator, malossi belt, and a malossi rep exhaust at the moment it has a 94 jet in that the shop put it, which is silly overjetted and the rollers are all wrong, can anyone recomend what roler size and jet to run cheers!
not got a clue tbh but i'd reccomend him getting some dyno time that way he'll get the best setup possible for his engine
thing is ive had bikes setup on the dyno and the shop was hot.. so once the bike was outside the jetting was lean as hell an neerly blown up. dyno's arnt the be all and end all but give great info you can use to set the bike up. you should still fall back on riding/listening even after a dyno. as always, jetting and roller guides on the main site wich helps you understand how it works rather than just asking for a rough jet. be nice to figure it out yourself ay?
