Right, I've got an Aerox (no-one laugh :p) and i've just bought a hebo NG performer for it.

    My setup before was:

    standard 50 bore
    de-restricted
    polini reed valve
    malossi clutch
    malossi 3.5g rollers
    viper exhaust (;))

^^ (i was hitting about 48mph with this)

    now ive got:

    standard 50 bore
    de-restricted
    polini reed valve
    malossi clutch
    4.5g rollers
hebo performer exhaust.. and still getting basically the same

I was expecting a power increase atleast with the new exhaust but there was no change from before. I noticed that my belt was very stretched so i put a polini kevlar in.. even slower. So I then went on to buy an aftermarket standard (some french make) and still does the same as what it did with the standard stretched.. anyone got a clue why its still going so slow? I haven't upjetted as its not bogging or anything.

    Anyones help is appreciated

    thanks.

    1. the belkt isnt stretrched, its worn = thinner
    2. pipes need setup (rollers clutch and jets minimum)
    3. if its a pro and not a pro rep it will be slow as fuck on a 50.. a pipe on a 50 makes FUCK ALL power. pipes are there to get the best power at the best time out of any barrel, throwing a pipe on a shit barrel doesent take away from the fact it is infact just a shitty 50. get a 70 kit. install, smile

okay mate cheers, was looking at the mhr rep.. what they like for reliability? the main thing i need in a bore is reliability..

    polini sport?
    malossi mhr rep?

and considering the other things, what else is gonna need to be changed?
