istn the carb held on via a jubilee clip? if you undo the 2 clips on both ends of the carb you can spin it around a fair bit and remove the float bowl, i know i left mine fitted on my aerox 100 and changed the jet

Use a pair of multigrips on the screws

i change my jets with the airbox on.....

just have to be very careful and use a small screwdriver....
jUST twist the airbox so theres room for a small screwdriver :)

Could just cut the airbox clips so its only held on by the carb... thats how im doing it, holds it on firmly too.

drill em out and stick new screw in mate, its gonna take you like 10 mins with a decent drill and drill bit and saves a lot of hassle next time you wanna take it apart

if folk used the correct size and type screwdrivers in the first place there wouldn't be a problem of chewed or rounded screw heads

yeah true although, sometimes the screws go soft like the fork oil screw on my suzuki, which needs draining for its MOT. ever think that some screws are softer than others, like same with bolts too, ive never seen a rounded cyl head bolt but seen plenty of rounded exhaust ones

a lot of the time its because people overtighten bolts which causes slips when you try undoing it again

yeh the screw was really tight on there i heated it first as well but the screw was so soft and i was using decent snapon screwdriver aswell but it doesnt matter now because its out.
