hi its me again basically ive got a doppler s3r on a standard 50 barrel and it was very slow till you got it into its secondary gearing so there was ither 4.5/5.5 gram rollers in so changed them for 3 gram now when its cold it gos like a rocket to about 55 then when it warms up after 5 mins it starts to splutter and barly move till the point were it cuts oot whats wrong oh and also it revs its tits off before it moves any where regards andrew
Re: aerox problems can someone please help i am totally lost now when it goes it will run for about 10 mins then if i go over 30 it loses all acceration so when a slow down it cuts out and wont start again till its coold done i recently put a new stock barrel and piston in if that helps thanks andrew
Re: aerox problems Sounds like you need to upjet the carb, and remember youre still running it in ? SO take it easy, or youll blow it up
Re: aerox problems thanks your a life saver ye ive been running it in for about 250 miles so far nevcer really going over 30 sould it start with a 10% jet increase

delly 21mm carb ? try a 92,93,94,95 mainjet size Buy a jetbox, would be easier revving high should be your over high idle and spluttering and 'coughing' would be fuel/air mixture Upload a video for us to see
