Im considering a 70 kit for my beloved aerox. Just wanted to ask someone whos been there and done it for there opinions

    Setup would be:
    Stage 6 streetrace
    Stage 6 pro rep
    Stage 6 variator
    17.5mm carb
Jets rollers and clutch springs would be included ofc

Whats the reliability with this kit like, I dont thrash my bike its well looked after ect also how much would your average garage cost to fit the kit and tune the carb correctly?

    Thanks

get the Stage6 Pro Exhaust better for the streetrace kit as it's designed for 70 kits were is the stage6 pro rep is balanced for 50/70

I've got a similar set up and it's proved reliable, strong and with good performance. All in all It's a well matched setup

Anyone know how much it would cost to get the 70 kit fitted?

It's an easy DIY job, so a mechanic should do it in no time.

Thats about it , dont forget to put the piston on the right way (arrow down toward the exhaust port)

hi i have a yamaha aerox 70, italkit 70cc kit, 24mm oko carb, yasuni r exhaust, stage 6 reed block, stage 6 rt clutch, stage 6 sp variator with 5g rollers, primary and secondary gear up.

problem recently happened dont know the cause, when i pull off it seems alright, i then get to a decent speed (above 30) then if i release throttle then engage throttle, it isnt revving and sounds like a four stroke, it is like it has flat rollers but they are brand new,

any help would be appreciate, feel free to ask any questions about the problem, i have tried to explain the situation as best as i can
    thanks, sam.

With a 24mm carb I'm not surprised, it's bogging cos the airflow through athe carb is to slow to draw and atomise the fuel properly.
