okay ive got a stage 6 pro replica pipe on my rox with a new 17.5mm carb. i get to about 20 mph and it shoots off like a rocket but until then its pretty shit. ive got 4.3g rollers in. i think clutch springs will do the trick? any other sugestions? also my airfilter is ridiculously loud anyone recommend a quieter alternative like an airbox?
Is the drive belt sitting on the cannon bush when the engine is at idle, if not you will need to space out the veriator this is a commom problem that ppl over look, i spend £100 trying to fix a problem then a £2 pack of spacers sorted it...... Your roller may be a problem, what RPM's do you get when your power band come in, and when flat out what is the max RPM's you get. BUT. if you have stock clutch springs in you would defo need to go harder
i dont have a rev counter on my aerox and what are these spacers, got a link for some? and im gunna order a pack of different ones see whats bests, should i go lighter than 4.3g rollers also?
you would only order spacers if you need them.. its not an optional part to be fitted it a as and when need part so you need to inspect the veriator. none can give you roller advice, as i dont have your full set up info. but going on what your saying i would say lighter.
