Well ive got a yamaha aerox 04 plate and i am having problems. Well this was my setup before it all went wrong. Stage 6 replica exhaust stage 6 streetrace 70cc kit 3.5g Malossi Rollers standard varaitor 12mm carb K&n style airfilter 86 jet (I HAVE NOT MESSED AROUND WITH THE NEEDLE SETTING EITHER if that would help) That was my setup and it was working decent , it had the worst pull off but then when it kicks in it could do about 60-65. NOW THIS IS THE PROBLEM - when i put my pm tuning clutch on with blue clutch springs in felt like my bike lost power. I could only do 40. Can anyone help ? Also before i put my clutch on , i would be full throttle and my bike will go off the clock etc then it would just cut out , does anyone have any solution for that either Thanks , really need the help as i really want to see this bike running proberley
Right, its not the carb you dont need a 21mm it would do you good to maybe go up to a 17.5 but your probably going to have to fiddle around with the rollers and clutch springs to get it running properly again
well 2day i put my airbox back on and down jetted back to 72 and its running better then it was when i made this thread. but before i put my clutch on my bike ran sweet and could easy do 65 , just had a crap pull off
you defenetly have to have a 21mm carb if you have 70cc kit so i dont know what cjkt is talking about
im gonna order a tnt 21mm carb , im an idiot lool ive just done my bike up in the complete wrong order lool
