Another aerox owner that cant read through old posts :confused:arc:
most probably ht lead/spark plug cap..
let it dry out overnight, use a hairdryer if you want it done faster..

    yeah. manifold split.

hose from airbox to carb ?

could be a few things you will just have to have a good look over it.

if you used potentially leaded fuel it must be approaching 10 years old.. drain the shit off, put in a new plug and DONT USE SHED SWILL EVER AGAIN

sounds like its just dodgy fuel/diesel

ok if its burnt a gasket - is the bike really smokey since its started spluttering? this would mean that the head gasket has mostlikely gone.

i did have the same problem when my rings went and it was compusting past the rings but it was more of a backfire than a splutter?

electrical or oil seals... tun the engine slowly and see if you hear the air hissing out the manifold (take the carb out obv)

when you flushed the engine out did you full it with oil after to oil up the bearings + seals....one of the seals might have dried up.

You dont run it with oil in like a 4T...lol
just swing a bit of 2 stroke oil in there...
and that wouldnt be the problem

At 19000km most stuff is pretty wornout..
