Hello everyone. I brought a aerox in january and had nothing but problems with the piece of shit the set-up atm is.. Malossi sport 70's hebo clutch hebo variator PM tuning gear up stage 6 pro replica 4.2g rollers 100 jet :O 19mm dellorto carb black edition the bikes at first was terrible was bogging out all the time and only going about 35mph the accelerationthe bikesflys off then after about 5 seconds it bogs down.Took it to a garage and they found the manifold was too big and put a smaller one on, got the back bike and it was a bit better it got up to about 45 and the bogged down a bit lol and then would build back up if u was on a straight road. Then the bike fucked up again so me and my dad have stripped it down about 1000 times had a look at carb, changed rollers etc... and the bike is still fucking up it just bogs at about 35-40 and sometimes will build up eventually on a long road. so can someone give me some suggestions to what the problem could be. sounds to me like rollers? too heavy methinks, well from what i gather when it comes to rollers anyway, don't take my word for it though =)
Did you buy this from birmingham or somewhere beggining with B lol post a pic up im sure i remember the exact same bike with the same problem the bike had neons etc Have you checked your piston/barrel? also what kinda air filter you got?
Brought the bike in bristol m8 lol heres a pic i havent checked piston and barrel no, and i got a polini filter on it.
yeh scott something init?, im from dundry m8, did the bike use to do this when u used to go out with him.

The adaptor rubber has split all the way around so gotta get a new one but was just wondering if a standard adaptor 22mm would fit? the 25mm i had on there split and had a jubalee clip really tight on it so would a 22mm fit? Cheers
