PLEASE HELP I have a 67 plate AEROX R and it' been fully derestricted I'm running a pedmoto series exhaust and I've upjetted to match the exhaust in the carb and I'm running 4.5 gram rollers and ive put a new main spring in the clutch ( not the small springs) and the thing is so so so slow from take off to top speed there a a lack in power and has no power for hills I know it' only a 50 but before it was running sweet and was still slow on take off but would once band came in it would cruise to 45 - 50 no issue and aslong as I stayed in the band it zipped round every where now there a nothing on take off and after I creep to 15 mph the band comes in it speeds up but all the revs die out and I'm unable to rev it back up any ideas because at the moment it's a joke any feed back would be great
sounds like you have the wrong rollers for the torque spring. Did you put a stronger spring than stock?
If you go with a stronger torque spring you may need to go to a heavier roller weight. i assume it revs really high upon acceleration? and therefore goes past the power band.
