aerox problem need some help

I'm currently having a problem with my aerox current setup stage6 mk2 racing 12mm, stage6 Hpc crank, Malossi variator with 4.3gram rollers, yasuni R exhaust, Stage6 primary gears, 17.5mm carb and a stage6 belt, The problem I'm having is when pulling away the power is their but I dont think 100% and only does the clock but once you hit a bank it takes off could this be summit to do with the carb and the needle ?

 

If it was put together right - I would say you need a Del Orto 17.5 carb. Or a 21.
