"if you pull and throttle" is a wheely, not a power wheely.... layiong over the front of a bike and full thorttling with the front jumping up is a power wheely.. its when you DONT want it to not when your trying.
wouldent know what one is.... but a pushbike can be wheely'd and you dont have 1bhp in your legs... so ye, the struggle is getting it up (where you need power) keeping it up requires skill not power
my aerox power wheelied on standard 50 cylinder, just a case of setting up your clutch just right...and if u dont believe me ask the lad who bought it off me, he flipped it within 2days of passing his cbt. a shame yes, but im not gnna complain now iv got his £1000
