Hi need help Riddin the rox along a road , then it suddenly started to go slower and slower , then started to move like a standered rox , then just cut out. Was steaming abit from cyclinder , piston still moves but i have lost alot of compression Will not start atall , took the engine out but cannot get the barrel off this time ? any help Does it need new piston ect ect , or just a new head gasket set , tho i did fit a set prob 100-30 miles ago cratch:
What was stopping you getting the head off? its just a few nuts holding it in. give it a light whack with a rubber mallet if its a bit sticky, but it shouldn't be difficult to remove. I notice you said you have low compression so i would assume it hasnt siezed up.,
sounds like a seize to me, whip the top off, like has already been said, its the only way to tell. causes could be one of many things.
