rite i blew another belt today so i fort it was guna be a simple fix ...I FORT WRONG ...so it has chewed the little thread things the varitor sits on ...at the side closest to the crank and also the bit the that stops drive face from spinning ..pic below of the drive face bit and it is the same on the other side ....

so i had a brain wave which looks like it will work but not 100% ...so i have taken eleci start cover off and that has allowed me to fit the varitor so it spins with the crank as usaul but it means the belt will not be total alinged and will be a couple of degrees out ..it is a malossi kevlar belt which is brand new ...

is not that aerox is crap i nearly had something like this on my runner when my belt went , the problem is that no one puts the front pulley on properly and if its not put on with all washers and its not straight it will cause this,
the thing that you have done now aint going to work as if you would of checked your belt must be rubbing onto your cases and will wear out very soon , also belt will have an angle to rear pulley which will cause a snap again.

so if you dont wana do bodge work and keep the bike for your self just go for a new crank mate , pm tuning ones are not even that expensive :)
