That be the first step then and will give you a higher top speed (maybe 50-55mph). This video will show you how - its for a different bike but the components will look the same on your aerox...basically you want to remove a washer thats inside your transmission; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMeqjmjp_zg Its a fairly simple job...the only thing you might have difficulty with is undoing the big variator nut as it will spin as you turn your spanner on it. If you have a electric or air impact gun (like garages have) you can take it off easily other wise i'd recommend buying a locking tool like this one as it'll hold it in place while loosening and tightening; http://www.donotlink-pedstop.co.uk/p/Variator_locking_tool_“remove_your_rollers_with_ease”-25.aspx After doing that the next step would be a performance exhaust and/or 70cc kit. Have a think before doing those as both will require you to adjust you carb...get that wrong and you could seize your engine. Also the performance exhausts are loud and piss people off.

Are you off your cracker NO 50cc moped will do 50mph with just a restriction. Best things for your aerox in this order. 70cc Malossi Sport,Malossi/Polini Variator kit,Yasuni R,Gear up. You'll then pull a REAL 65mph. Not the bullshit some people say they're getting.
