    Hi guys,

Just got myself a 2018 Aerox. I'm looking for advice on derestricting. But I'll have a look around before I ask questions that may have already been asked before.

    Thanks for having me.

Guys, I've had a quick look and I cant find a definite answer.

so to derestrict my bike I know I need a new exhaust. The variator is crap so that's getting replaced. The 12mm carb is also restrictive so that will be swapped for a 17.5mm. so this is what I'm thinking.

Stage6 Street Exhaust - Aerox/ Minarelli | Pedparts UK This is the exhaust I want. but how does it compare to this?
Stage6 PRO Replica MKII Exhaust - Minarelli/ Aerox | Pedparts UK

Aerox/ Minarelli Polini Variator Kit | Pedparts UK I believe this is the variator I need. Am I way off?

Malossi 17.5mm Carb kit - Yamaha Aerox/ Minarelli | Pedparts UK This is the carb I've picked. Again, am I in the ball park?

Rollers. I know I need lighter rollers with just the exhaust, but do the need to be lighter still with the larger carb? if so what weight range should I be looking at?

Jets. I know I need a larger jet. but is that on a 12mm carb? what size jet do I need on the 17.5? or do I buy a range of jets? what sizes should I be looking at?

Finally in relation to the answers to rollers and jets. Will the answer change with the exhaust I do decide to pick? (If that makes sense)?

Guys, apologies. And thanks. I know it can get boring repeating yourselves. but your knowledge is greatly appreciated. I just want to get it right first time.

Also, 89 views aren't exclusively members or even guests. Search engine bots i'd bet make up a good % of that.

In my opinion get the parts you want, fit what you can then go to a shop who knows what they are doing if you are unsure on what it needs so that it gets tuned correctly and doesn't blow up.
