aerox over fueling problems

So i have just rebuilt the top end on my aerox. I fitted a new arrow exhaust and correct rollers and up jetted to 68. After riding for about 10 minutes i brought it back into my garage and let it idle. This is when it cut out. After looking inside the exhaust i found loads of fuel and the bike wouldn't start. I have put the original jet back into the carb and it still does it even though i hardly twisted the throttle? Any ideas guys because it still wont start again. Much appreciated.

 

Set your mixture screw again, try a new plug too
