Hi everyone, I need some help with this! I've been thinking about selling my aerox and getting an rs50. I have been riding mx from a pretty young age and I love riding geared bikes, but I don't know if a geared 50 would be a bit, well, shit. I like the idea of riding gears on the road but I haven't done it before, would a 50 be too gutless? I just like the idea of having a bike rather than a scooter. The RS I have found has a pipe and has been set up nicely, and apparently will see about 60mph. bout the same as my aerox as far as speed goes. What do you reckon?
personally i dont see a point with geared 50cc's.. havnt really got enough power .. but obviously if you like it, go for it
i like geared 50's personally as long as its a decent engine in it with a big bore kit and you play with the gear ratio you could make it so your not changing gears as often. but obviously a 2 stroke motor always involved alot of gear changes but then the advantage of a ped is its easy to carry things and they use cheaper tyres and easier to rebuild since you dont have to piss with a gearbox
