nothing at all except the name. other than that they are EXACTLY the same i believe that Yamaha started naming them MBK Nitro so that they could produce more or something like that. my mbk nitro even has yamaha on the air filter box. imp:

yamaha bought the name MBK off the dying french company Motorbucaine (sp), they then used this name so they could get around european import limits, therefore twice the number of aeroxes can be imported into the EU. they are entirely the same bike, just with a different badge. thaey are built in italy, under Japanese standards using an italian engine.
