Hi everyone I'm lee and this is going to be my Mbk nitro/aerox project Going to take a few months to get it fully built up, but it does take time So I basically bought a full bike, but ive used most of the parts on an aerox i built up and sold As you can see, its a 100cc model nastyy #Decided to focus on the rear end for now Went abit mad on the fiberglassing, which means more work but should be well worth it when its finished Starting to filler, this is easy, the prepping is hard Bought a nitro for £130, already took the engine out Engine split ready for polishing & pm crank ] 21mm carb MHR rep top end Sorry for the late updates been busy lately havnt really had time to mess with the bike
Re: Aerox/Nitro project Well, i was going to 'try' and tune the 100 engine, but i have now purchased a 50, ill post some more pics inabit
Re: Aerox/Nitro project everyone will tell you the 100 engine is no good for tuning it will be faster then a tuned 70cc on top end but the pick up from a 70 will be a lot better this is my old aerox 100 what i did http://www.scootershack.co.uk/scooter-projects/yamaha-aerox-120cc-t18137.html#p212123 i fitted Endy power pipe polini reed valve malossi sport 120cc kit yellow clutch springs stroker crank to make it 158cc gearup kit used to top out around 135kmh so about 84mph
Still prepping the back end on the 100 frame, although going to built the bike up on the 50 frame now & thanks mate, haha there's all sorts of stuff in there, but yeah alot of sandpaper
looking good im doing something simaler with a aerox rear didnt think about putting the front panel there though! keep up the good work!
