recently put a malossi 70 kit on my aerox been following the guide on the ped parts website about jetting http://blog.pedparts.co.uk/2011/05/moped-tuning-with-dyno.html by the calculations on there i worked out i should be using about a 72 jet but i dont know what jetting i need for a 17.5 carb because a standard aerox comes with a 12 ml carb which i find far to small for a 70 atm i have a 85 jet in but the bike just gets so hot i did have a 90 jet in but that bogged the bike down , the plug was crusty black with lumpy bits on but i dont know if that is because of the oil ? help

yeah i have tried to follow it but reading the ped parts guide it says to keep it rich this has got me in a new level of confusion
It doesn't say that? It just says richer is better than leaner in terms of blowing your engine up. Pedparts guides are a bit too over complicated for most people as people don't bother to read them and understand them properly.
