so today i have been getting my bike ready for mot it has recently had a new head barrel piston ect and it hasnt caused me any problems but while i have been getting the bike done i thought it would be good to add some tuning parts i have on another aerox , i put a racing clutch on and it takes it up to full revs to kick in , oil was sputtering out the exhaust and now on idle the bike has a wierd knocking or clonking sound like a car when it is on low revs or idle :/ i dont know weather its small end or big and what i have to do to fix it all if anyone could help it would be great thanks

ok well i have took everything off and there is some scoring but i am still running it in so i dont know if its usual , the small end does seem to be well worn and the big end seems ok no odd movement , can anyone look at the pics and tell me if it looks normal for running in ?

take the tranny and water pump cover off, grab both ends of the crank and check for movment, could of dropped a main bearing like mine did. ran fine but knocked

If it's taking full revs to kick in as you have fitted an aftermarket clutch with far to strong springs then what do you expect. If you are running it in you shouldn't be revving the crap out of it.

no it was only to test it , is it normal for some oil to come out the exhaust ?
