Aerox is crazy

Right this is whats happening.

My rox will get to 30 pretty fast then wont want to go any faster, this is at full throttle it just seems like it wants to die. So first of all i thought it was the reeds, so i bought a new pm tuning reed block with everything new gaskets etc. Bike is doing the same thing. So i put a standard metrakit replacement exhaust from a mates bike on to mine, and it ran absolutley perfect. Had to give the exhaust back as was just testing. Put the laser back on doing the same thing, even got a leo vince tt and its doing the same thing. Havent got a clue what the problem is but im sure someone on here must of had the same problem and could try and help me out what it is.

Just to note ive put the lightest rollers in, every type ive had and it hasnt done any good to it. So its not the rollers*

have you taken the restrrictor out of the lazer x pro?

 

yes mate both exhausts are de rizzed.

 

also the amount of revs is really poor, it wont rev properly on stand still like any other bike?

 

sounds like jetting, if it worked fine with a standard replacement exhaust?

would be completely different jetting wouldnt it which would explain why it sounds like it wants to cut out

 

so what you saying? i had a standard 62 i think it was and upjetted 15% and it was fine.. now its just utter shite !!

yeh it has been fine before and even when i tried the leo vince its running exact the same speed 30 mph. my mate put the laser on his aerox 50 and i changed the rollers for him it ran fine all night, then today his bike was losing power exactly like mine. But what gets me is how the leo vince is doing the same thing so really not sure?

 

what do you recon flush it with neat petrol ? :rofl:

take end can off plug up one end and flush bicarbonate soda through then leave it in the pipe for a few hours, shake well then serve on the rocks in a martinin glass and an umbrella :bird:

i wouldnt try neat petrol matey , not worth it.

take off ur carb and give it a clean, and ur filter.

Might need an exhaust de coke

exhaust has been flushed with caustic soda. Still no difference with the bike what could it be its so annoying
