Aerox inner panels

    I want to make my aerox inner panels gloss black instead of the standard texture it is can anyone tell me how i can do this?

    Lots of sanding, or lots of high build primer.
    Inners get scratched to hell unless you treat them nicely.
    Imagine walking on your fairings all the time, and imagine the damage to the paintwork.
    Looks nice if done well though. Just buy silk slippers.

    Anyone else know how to do it and will i be able just to spray a black coat over the top to make it more black than grey keeping the standard texture?

    i sprayed mine with gloss black paint from poundland over a month ago and its still fine :) my mate just used laquer an that worked aswell but cost more

    iv just painted mine, not even got the laquer on yet, and it looks pretty good.. poundland paint aint that bad! haha.. As above tho, will need fair bit of sanding to get a different texture goin on, but doesnt look at all bad after a couple of coats of colour.

    this is the best pic i got of that panel, quite shiny still.. all i did was give it a quick sand down and then applied the black, didnt even use primer lol.. came out quite good considering it only cost 1 or 2 pounds for the paint :)
