I heard there is a restriction in the inlet manifold? Is this the cause why my ped bogs out at 15 mph with an open air filter? I've also tryed upjetting and air screw adjusting.... And with the standard air box my stage 6 pro replica doesn't go no faster than 35 and with my other exhaust it does 65... Thanks!!

Already have 6gram Polini rollers, Bike doesn't move much and picks up speed pretty slow, I've been running 3 grams for nearly half a year now and the bike is mental on acceleration, Beat a couple 125's and most 50's

ye the acceleration will be good as they are way too light, maybe try 5gram and stronger clutch springs?

Yeah top end with them is about 65 and clocked a good 70 down hill, I've tryed heavy rollers and a stronger torque spring and stuff, Clutch engages to soon and tips out at about 35, I wanted to put a stage 6 air filter on but it really bogs out at 15mph but the air filter is kinda big too, But can't work out why the pro replica won't run, Maybe I need to get the cylinder ported? As the exhaust manifold is bigger than the cylinder barrel but then I've heard it can be the needle in the carb needs adjusting?

a 50cc scooter going 65 cant be mph? and you dont need to get cylinder ported that just gives extra power, The stage 6 exhaust is normally used for high power cylinder such as malossi 70s or stage 6 sport pro kit, so id go with other exhaust on the 50cc kit

If I get time I will video it, Yeah but detailed in selling information states that the exhaust is compatable for the 50cc cylinders and also could use it for mid range 70's kits, a few of my mates have the pro replica

id suggest getting a fresh new polini race belt too... my bike was more or less the same as u described mate, i put a new belt on and added 4.5g rollers and it went like shit off a shovel

Kevlar belts are alot stiffer than standard which is sometimes why they snap at random after being used a while

have you jeeted the carb for the mods? a sports pipe requires a larger jet by around 10% and an open filter requires a much larger jet still

Yep, Played around with all jetting sizes and air screw and it likes to sit at a standard jet size

cant imagine it will last long on the stock jet with an open filter and pipe. sounds like a recipe for disaster unless you have a big airleak somewhere causing it to run lean

do a plug chop to check on the jetting and if your worried that your inlet may be restricted (which i doubt but could be wrong) then just buy a stage 6 one or the likes
