Im using a motoforce cylinder with a c16 and porting
    21mm dellorto and v-force reed

I have found the motoforce cylinder to go quite hard in fact i am very happy with it
Enough power that you have to let off the throttle to get the front down of the lights sometimes

Im not a fan of a lazer pro
I started out with the ginelli next exhaust then went to a lazer pro
i found it was slower and not a good thing
I then went to a c16 hold the fuck on
    they are awesome
Carefull selcetion of your parts will save you money in the end

yeah im trying to be carefull with my choices lol hence why this thread is here ;)

and porting? can somebody be kind enough to explain this please :) lol

i get the impression some people think lazer pro's are good, and others think they're not so good so im unsure on them - although i like the price of them compared to the yasuni, i'm not too prepared on spending like 200-250 quid on an exhaust lol...

i'll try and be as tolerant as i can here - but incase you didn't notice a few posts up i apologised for being a dick the other day...

at least give me a reason why not to think about it?

and i only asked what it is.. =\ no need to be arsey about it...

he's not, dont even considder it (its a process of enlartging/changing the timings of a cylinder to exceed its standard power output) so ye dont bother.

iron kit, any pipe really thats quoted as good with the kit you choose (dopler sr3 and a polini iron will do ya fine) anything else (carb and the like) wont really see the sort of gains you would expect.. for instance a rep with a 17.5 will make more power than an iron kit with a 21mm.

    fair point lol...

you still didn't explain what rep is? im still thinking its mhr replica...

the previous owners words were "it's had everything done to it"

to my knowledge its a de-restricted exhaust with a new variator lol... fuck knows what else is done needs taken to pieces to be noted tbh :)

and seeing as people keep going on about different sized carbs and stuff, what is the relevance of the sizes? im guessing the bigger the size the more fuel it allows through? but thats just a random stab in the dark tbh lol

MHR Is from malossi it stands for Malossi Hyper Racing, there brilliant kits but aernt as reliable as an iron kit, therefor dont last as long.

^ not so unreliable if setup right. Will need a better crank tho as they can put out over 12-13bhp and as capri dave proves it can lift his bald ass in the air :p

The mhr rep is a great cylinder for the street and will go for ages with out a ring change

hmm yeah but i know nothing about this whole changing cranks tbh :p nor with much else but im guessing changing a crank is a bit more complex than the rest of it lol

so for the moment i don't particularly plan on it lol :) although maybe in time..

yeahh the scoot wants to lift all the time, but the rider dont :pimp:

And yeahh cant fault the rep really, it dont make no where near polini evo power....but its 9 months and still on the original rings :D

im guessing thats a good thing :p lol

but is it seriously necessary to change all of the other stuff in the ped like variator exhaust n that if i get a 70 kit, or could i just get away with a 70 kit?

you could get away with just a 70 kit and setting it up right... like the jets and rollers, and i swear u already have a pipe?

aahh well it seems i spoke too soon about 9 months on the original rings :(

Half way to work this morning, doing about 55 mph, next thing BUUUURRRRR!!!
just like some one had switched the ignition off :msn1:

coasted to the side of the road and all compression has gone!!!

After an hour and a half push back home, I whipped the reed block out and its got nice fine metal particles all over it.... :msn1:

i aint investigated further yet, but i will keep you informed....

im thinking the best way to solve this is....even more horse power ;)
