hi well i need your help before i go insane because my aerox has got some problem tbh ive no clue about automatic boxes and variators and weights motocross bikes with gearboxes im fine so basics of this story i bought this as a summer project and its been off the road for about 4-5 years as we have a haulge business and its been there for 3 years and ive been told by the previous owner when i bought it itd been siting around a year or 2 in a shed before that so i replaced clutch, belt and variator along with other cosmetic parts this variator http://www.donotlink-pedstop.co.uk/p/Variator_from_Tun’R_–_racing_speed_control_–_Minarelli_engines-1150.aspx last sat it pulled well, around 35 where it changed gearing it hesisated a bit sometimes but 90% was fine and was off the clock on speed an it oulled like a absolute trooper as im 16 stone (im not fat its muscle) i live in a valley and it pulled me ever where no sweat 2 night ago i replaced piston and cylinder ( due to a broke where exhaust screws on one side, i had done a tem fix but broke last sat on the way home so the exhaust wwas on 100 % when it was going) run in for about 2 hours in the yard with garden blower and throtle held so that it wasnt buring the clutch but was on a bit off a rev (this is how my uncle runs in his race teams kart engines) so today i hit the road basics is the scooter now refues to pull for a start i have to basically pedal with my feet to 10 its slow to 30 and it sturggle from 30 - 35 and you can hear the engine changing note between the gearings and it bounces between the two it pull and dies and pulls and dieds alsot as if you cut it off when it trys to go but as soon as you get to almost 40 it pulls to about 50 like mad then dies away and thats its top speed it was off the clock before and jettin was perfect as before it was far to lean and a plug check it seems prfect even now with this new cylinder i really cant slove this pleaseee someone help me and any more info needed please ask as im desperate
