aerox headlight

    hello all i was just wandering about converting my aerox headlight over to one like thishttp://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...#ht_500wt_1287 but i was just wandering the fact of i have a standard one on at the minute and this one is just 2 bulbs where as my one has got 3 bulbs in 2 little ones and 1 main one also the new one on the link has got wires coming off the back how easy/hard are these to change jw if anyone could right me a little guide

    Your bike's unlikely to pass an MOT with a headlight like that as I doubt that the beam patterns would be acceptable.

    MOT will fail if you install this unit. I have the following headlight unit installed and it is EU-Stamped so it will allow it to pass an MOT.

    Sorry to hijack the thread, I like Canning's headlights but does the 55w bulbs as opposed to standard 35w bulbs cause any issues?

    Hey pal, I have it installed and I haven't had any problems. When the bike ticks over the lights don't shine to their brightest, but when you get revving and pull away they soon brighten back up to usual. I love 'em!
