hi my aerox has some little problems witch i really wanna sort out but i havnt got a clue what to do firstly i have a gianneli reverse exhaust, gianneli rollers and a deresretricted variater and the washer in the gianneli is removed and when i accelertae from a stand still it will hardly move the enginge wont rev very high and i have to push with my feet before it kicks in, also my bike seems to be lacking speed and at top speed it vibrates wildly and it sounds like its hitting a rev counter maybe rollers too light? i want to put an unlimited cdi on but cant find any does anyone know wher i can get one or de restrict mine. sorry for all the questions any help is apreciated.

you fit rollers that came with exhaust ?
    they normally too heavy !

and you havent fitted stronger clutch springs have you.

dont think the cdi on aerox's are restricted (well mine revs like hell with standard cdi) and the rollers which come with aftermarket exhausts are indended for use when the exhaust is still restricted so id fit sum lighter rollers too get a set of 3.5g, 4.0g & 4.5g roller and fit the ones you think are best.

upjet by around 10 per cent to what the jet is now. i believe its something like 86 but not too sure. also fit stiffer clutch springs and you're looking at around 4g on the rollers.

upjet by 10%, put some stiffer clutch springs in then see what happens.
