aerox evo problem pulling of help?

    right i have an evo kit pm crank mallosi clutch white springs 3.2 rollers mallosi manifold polini carbon reeds gear up kit

    problem pulling of its just boggy and dont want to go then it suddenly kicks in after 30 yards



    bin tdr scooters there have ran out of ideas tried carb i hav 21 mil delorto with 92 main and 45 pilot wich is the right set up everything is set up fine

    needle is w7 which is right i have gave up now im clueless ive tried everything

    Sounds like clutch setup to me as i'm sure tdr know how to jet a bike. Aren't you also running the wrong exhaust for an evo kit?

    So yeah then? The c16 is more a mid race exhaust it will run on an evo kit but it will be down on power. You need something like a C20 or C21 or some other exhaust.

    fuck all up with the carb if it works above a cartian speed... its transmission setup.. its a minareli engine wiht a revvy kit and the wrong pipe... it wil need some seriously fucking light rollers and a tight set clutch to get off the line nicely...

    i love how people build these, then worry about how to set them up.. LOL

    long story short fella, you should get it on a dyno or seek help/work from somebody with some experience in similar engines.
