Wire it up to come on when your bike turns on? and plug each connector on the water pipes?

Yep pic above is pretty much it, check the diam of the coolant hoses in comparisson onthe pump inlet and outlet of the elec pump, cut the coolant hose, attach one on each of the pipes sticking out of the pump couple of jubilee clips tighten it all down and wire it in so it turns on when you turn ignition on. Put a inline fuse in aswell just incase.

Edit: pretty sure you have to mount it on the water flowing go towards the engine aswel!

lol that pic looks like a dump valve , dont take this the wrong way, but it looks nothing like an aerox electric pump ?

PLus i know it doesnt connect to the radiator..

I dont see how they connect though lol

from the pic of the aerox one, its got 2 connectors for the coolant hoses.... and its mounted in place of the standard waterpump, so wont be anywhere near the rad o_O

yes a lot. water cooled kits can push for more power as they have better cooling. so they just have lot's more power.

on the A/C MHR 70cc malossi claim it will do 14 BHP
on the W/C MHR 70cc malossi claim it will do 22 BHP

that says it all. BUT if your making a street bike and not going to spend massive ££££'s then you can build a fine A/C bike that will go fast they just dont like holding top speed as long as water cooled

dont bother. the ludix engine is a strange one myself are 3 other had had the blaster models and there very hard to tune and or get speed out of them. i would stick with the airsal t6. or if you must go L/C the exhaust is only relay for hi end cast kits like the polini or low end ali kits like the airsal t6

Did you do everything to it tho mate ? Like that crank compressor plug, full circle crank, mbr reed block multi var variator, Kevlar belt, stage 6 sport clutch and bell, motorforce tork driver, gear up kit (polini sec) run lights off battery and take all the engine casing and fan off stator, taking fan off stator alone makes a massive diffrrnce pal and that comporessor plug on your crank
