Whats a tenna buy you in litres? Its over 10L if your local charges over £1 per litre.

    10 litres = 2 UK gallons

So your getting roughtly 45mpg, which seems normal for a sport setup 70cc ped.

My zip was getting roughtly that on a polini iron kit too.

Well actually, when you consider unleaded is what, probably nearing £1.15 a litre. He's probably getting 9 or just under litres.

Although 10 litres is 2.1 gallons so it is probably about 2 gallons, so your 45mpg is about right...

Depends what you want, you sacrifice power for economy and vise-versa.

Anything more than a sport 70 setup and your drinking as much as a car!!

a tenner was getting me 20 miles... dont be a winging pussy. tunning p[eds is ALL about huge petrol consumption from a tiny engine :D

and yes, the last couple months it has gone from a quid to close to 1.30 in some places (so call it 1.20) this means your automatically getting 1/5th less fuel than when you last rememberd... dont go by fuel cost, go by litres

90 miles to £10? That's terrible, I'd get rid of some of your set up cause that's gonna be so expensive

I mean bloody hell, my suzuki's only 49cc but I get good speeds and it's got a 6.8 litre petrol tank  I average 130 miles to the gallon and it uses shit all oil

45 to the gallon thats not that bad LOL ?
For a 50cc scooter yes it is. but its far from that...

Why did you tune the scoot if you didnt know that it would do less mpg ?

thats the first thing i took into account when doing my rep build.
I could hardly manage 50-45 on £30 ema to and from college 15 round trip everyday.

I could probably get 140 miles out of a full tank if im lucky on the zip! with just a 50, pipe, 60jet.

Heck petrol is cheap! and its cheap fun. :D
