hi , bought my 2010 aerox , already removed the variator washersbut it only goes 45 now o_O , i looked at de restriction guide and the pipe there got a connection in the middle of it , mine dosent its a plain tube, i was wondering how do i remove restrictor from there? i will try to cut off the extra pipe soon , but just want to find out so i can remove that one as well , and will this give me like 50-55mph? if not is there any other stuff i could change to make it go faster something not that expensive like rolers or maybe even variator? i only want it to little bit faster as 55 its all i need ,
    thanks

got it off today, cut off the extra pipe , and the restrictor was there its like a little plate that was covering the most of the pipe inside so took it off, i sprayed it and left it for the night to dry out ,

just wanted to ask will i need to up jet it? i got a set of dellorto 6mm jets will they fit in aerox standard carb?
    thanks

some people say upjet some dont, best thing to do is run it and see if it has any signs of running lean. and im not sure about the jets, just see if it fits not hard job

-_- same thing I here every bloody time. Clock speed is inacurate. The only way to get the proper speed is with either a dyno or a good gps. no mechanical clocks are acurate. Up to 15mph out sometimes. My zip clocks showed 72mph with a exhaust.... when it was doing 45 lol. That's how bad they get. You can buy jets from any where mate. Post a picture of your jet, Should be able to tell what one it is you need. try http://www.pedparts.co.uk/ http://www.scooter-attack.com/

Clocks over read on both a car and a bike. Down hill means nothing as well. If I jumped off a cliff i'd be going pretty quick but I wouldn't claim I could run that speed...
