Anyone ever done them? I need to do mine, I already have the seals.

Is it as simple as digging the old ones out and putting the new ones in?

You manage to fit the new seals?

Get a 1mm drill bit and wrap masking tape about 1-2mm for the tip. (so that the drill bit can only go in about 1 or 2 mm)

The screw a self tapping screw into that hole, just far enough for it to grip, then you just gotta try and pull the seal of by pulling the screw. Get a set of long nose pliers too, if the screw doesn't work then you can use the hole to lever it out with the pliers. The main thing is to be VERY careful.

With the new seal, grease round the Inside so it slides over the crank easily. I then used a small ratchet extension bar and a small hammer to tap it in. You just need to make sure it's seated.
