Hi there guys and fairly new to all this tuning business and i'm having issues with my aerox.

Every time i cut the engine out i'm having to drain the carb for it to start back up.

    any suggestions??

Try altering your fuel/air screw on the carb , sounds like to much fuel is getting through and flooding your engine :)

Thanks ill try that :) a friend suggested it may be a faulty fuel tap so ive drained the carb and if it fills up while the engines off im going to replace that. Ill keep you posted

    Hi guys
Where or how can I get a lynx 125cc DB -10 tail light assembly. Direct bikes have been stalling for 5 weeks now and I don't know what to do?

It was the tap but it just so happens I needed a new reed valve, choke, air box, and carb manifold and a few houts labour setting up the very poorly set up carb. I pick it up tomorrow morning so ill let you know how its running

I picked it up this morning and its running alot better that it was he said it was really hard to fine tune the carb and it could do with a new one so im going to run it a while before investing in a new 21mm carb and a racier clutch/stiffer springs to give t a better take off

New carbs = Bigger problems, 17.5mm carbs can easily handle 50cc or 70cc kits, Also i advise fitting a in - line fuel filter, They cost around £1.50 and they go into the fuel line that leads to the carb. They are brilliant as they stop shit getting into the carb

I hard mega carb problems with the standard gurtner crap on speedfight upgrded to stage six 19mm dellorto was meant to get 21mm but ended up with 19mm with manual choke its been great a pain the arse to set up but never mind! can't go wrong with a dellorto!

well tbh I wouldnt have a issue setting up a new carb because id take it to my local place and get it on the rolling road to get it jetted and ticking over right that way if anything isnt right I have some one to blame

No where does it cheap really I think its just because I had quite abit done to it they just sort of chucked it in free I guess.... I have another issue now though my carb keep dripping ive tighten the drain off screw up and it still dripping. A friend of my seems to think its because on aerox the little black drain hose has a little white valve in it to stop this and mines missing... Can anyone confirm if this is the problem
