Aerox build up

What sort of bike do you have ??

what are you looking to do with it

 

ive got a '04 vespa et2....

its got the stuff in my sig....


next im thinking ill get a different 70 kit.... the one i have is about 16,000km old and on its 2nd set of rings. there are a few marks in the bore.

also wouldnt mind getting a gear up kit.

apart from that im not sure... im open to ideas

do you go on the scooterHQ rides?

I havent been on a ride with the scooter hq yet but i do plan on it
I race jetskis and thats takes up my spare time as well as having a young boy and wife

 

hehe no worries...

I had planned on going on one.... until my bearing failed.
Ive almost got it all back together now.

will be a lot of riding that day...as ill have to come from brisbane to the coast first.

A guy i went to uni with on the coast raced jetskis... Dallas something... cant remember his last name...
this like 8 years ago though hehe.

 

have you ported the cases out on the engine
there is big gains in doing this sort of stuff

 

nope... i have considered it though.....

I wouldnt bother on this engine... bit im open to getting another one and porting it.....

The lack of a dremel has stopped me though.

 

Its worth it
you will get alot more out of your scooter if you do so


I wouldnt do it with a dremmel
you really need a decent air grinder other wise it will take years to do

id love to get a 2nd engine that i can build up. I cant find one though.
its a pain when its off the road.

well ordered some new stuff to help it get around the corners as well as stop better

It rpm racing front forks as well as a rear shocker
this is the company that makes them for stage 6
so basically its a stage 6 suspension kit
as well a a new 4 piston caliper
I just have to get the oversized disc now

how hard is it to fit the piggy engine in to an aerox frame
