Well i got sick of the belt slip , i went and got a red contra spring then did what every body would

I pulled it down and gave the cases a bit of a tickle

this way i can install my fully circle crank as well and maybe the inner rotor

i spent a bit more time shaping into the boost ports this time

the last cases i did i dont think flowed as much into the boost as they could have

    Thanks guys
tomorrow i will finish them off and take better pics
i have yet to sand blast them to create a uniform surface

And i will also take some more out and
Im thinking about redrilling the breather holes in the bearings as well
i dont like the fact that they go against the flow and i want the bearings to get the best lubrication possible

lookin REAL good. best mina ive seen tbh. verry similar to the shape i use in cases. there terible stocfk when you look at a decent engine. should work well tho.

boost feeds arnt all that important tbh. too much flow will throw the gasses too high in the barrel and not catch the transfer charge.. has to b extreme to shoot this much in but you dont want the easiest path to the barrel to be viua the boost port thas for sure

    Thanks Minior

yeah i understand what you are saying

This cylinder doesnt have the transfer flow i am really wanting so just trying to get all the flow out of it i can
I am going to take the cases out further on the side to help it to supply all it can

im also going to open out the cylinder a bit more as well tomorrow to allow the transfers to really flow more

I really want this thing to hit like a mother fucker

Thanks it just takes miles behind the grinder to get it sorted

You just have to get in and do it

Normally what looks good is about right , when it comes to case flowing that is
you just want the air fuel mixture to get a good shot at the transfers
At 11000 rpm the time is limited for it to get there so it need the easiest path , this brings up your volumetric effciency and away you go

I am still debating if to change the crankcase bearing lube holes
Im going to have a look when i get to work this morning
I dont like the idea of the way they flow and i just think it would be better to have them working with the flow than against it
Just have to redrill the cases and fill the old ones
Just getting low on jb weld

some people say to do it other people say not to

I will take some good quality pics when they are all done today and post them up
    thanks for your encouragement guys

poke a lil straw i there and backfill with chemical metal... then snip and sand. will still be the same hole but ALOT less disruption to everything. less work than redrilling aswell
