Aerox build up

Making the can would be the easy bit

The hard bit is doing the diffuser cone
Its hard to role it that small , the easy way would be to make it in small pieces and then weld it up but that will be the next thing
I am going to use my old zip engine and then make it up using that
its a longer term project

Ok i just finished porting up the cylinder
it somces in at 194 degrees exhaust and 127 transfers
I wouldnt mind a few more degrees on the transfers but it will have to do

I may bring the cylinder up .5mm and that will bring me into a 130 degree transfer as well as 197 exhaust
Much better for a top endy cylinder

I will just skim the top of the cylinder to get my squish where i want it after that

what sort of bhp you hoping to get out of it ?

 

its a ported up motoforce cylinder it will go fine
They say these are good for 12-16 hp
i am hoping for the 16 sort of power
I guess time will tell , as long as its enough to power stand i am cool with that
I dont actually care about top speed as long as it go likes a fucking cut snake up to 80k
I like making people in cars go "what the fuck was that"

ok i have seen that one before
I just cant be bothered welding in new mounts etc for it
if there was one that bolts in i would be doing it for sure

 

On another note here is my jetski i am working on
this is my new race ski
the engine is an 8mm power valve with 48mm carbs and 7 transfer port cylinder etc etc

i reckon it may be a wee bit much for the rox

well just put one of my programable jetski ignitions in the aerox as well
made a massive difference to the performance
its now slipping the belt off the line so i am looking at a red contra spring i think
