port that bitch to run a c20 mate, will be seeing 12-13k nicely..or better yet, ditch the motoforce and buy an evo, you will not look back, apart from at the guy in last place you just lapped.

I have an evo cylinder here
I have been looking at it quite hard
the only thing different about it and my cylinder after my porting is the transfer port area
    its a bit wider
i am going to remove my cylinder and give it some more volume in the cylinder and reduce some in the cases

n i hear you there lol money is the deciding factor maybe an evo for future plans all matched up n light port would be rapid and not insanely unreliable i spose

I just picked up a 125 four stroke scooter
so the aerox is going to become a full race tracker now
So its going to end up with an mhr and a c21 in the end anyway
    but not just yet
first thing to do is to strip it down grind some brackets off etc and repaint the frame
serious weight loss for the aerox

I have been dialing in my dr pulley hit clutch

Man these things are awesome , cant say enough good stuff

I took it in for a road worthy as I want to ride on the road as well, the mechanic freaked out when he gassed it and the front wheel popped into the air, it was priceless to see his face

It had the front wheel about 2 feet in the air

    Fucking funny
Just have to get my variator redialed in and will be awesome
Im looking forward to trying the new c21 when it gets here

    yeah got to get one
My port timing is better suited to a c21 than a c16
but at least i will have a road legal pipe as well with my c16

Im dragging the city 16 on the track through the tight right hand turns
the c21 should give me more ground clearance

    yeah its pipey
but i have an inner rotor and alot of ignition timing donw low so it bangs up on the pipe very hard
im also using a dr pulley hit clutch so it launches hard when it hits the clutch
i really want to try a c21 on it to see what it will do , the timing is better suited to a higher rev pipe

not sure on the mm i can work it out
just have to fire up my software

not sure on bore/stroke/conrod length tbh...

can lift him up to around the 200 mark easy with the c21... maybe higher. they LOVE long duration (will happily sit at 13+k :D)

    39.2 mm stroke
    80mm rod

i wasnt going to go to much higher on the exhaust on this engine
if i decide to port it more then i will go for the new evo 3 cylinder as it has a beter shape on the transfers

ye theres alot more meat in them and its back to the good old butterfly port (got a french mag in front of me with the release info) always been a fan of the evo's simply as its easier to just buy one and play a little than spend HOURS crafting a small transfer into this glorious shape. by far my fav kit ive used and the best quality wiht it. gotta love polini

stroke an rod are prittymuch the same as the piggy's so will be as high as 19mm from top on the exhaust port. the bottom seems to be alot wider on the piston than the 1 so its prittymuch the best of both kits. development in practice. wont be long befor i dont touch an evo kit ATALL befor fitting one.. if only they could do somthing about the fookin square exhaust exit.

Well got cases back from being hot tanked

Then its putting back in the devcon , as the hot tank rips it out

After that its filling the oil breather holes for the bearings since i have re drilled them in another place

Also working on reshaping the flow inside the cases to send it up straight to the transfers

Still haven't finished the deep side i ran out of devcon so I will pick up some more tomorrow
