I know my fair share of tuning knowledge. 1. filter on a 50 is just silly, Please put the airbox back on, I'll move it this time.

Have a look at the Pedparts blog, all the info you could want for an Aerox is there.

iv got a 17.5mm carb and im using a 90 main jet.. starts and runs fine

theres no point having an open filter ona 50cc ... dont think id even bother wit one unless i was running 77cc's

The Aerox standard carb is a Gurtner 12mm with a 62 main jet. Pre 2003 Aerox's had a 17.5mm carb as standard running a main jet of around 75 I think.
I woyuld use this as a starting point.

Aerox's on general use 10-15% bigger size than Piaggio's.
