ive just bought an S reg aerox, and i broke a V reg sr50 a month or two ago, the engines look similar and i read somewhere they were the same, but the aerox one is in the bike and the sr50 one is now in pieces, before i go selling any of the sr50 bits, are they the same? thanks

would practically all the wiring harness stuff be similar too? i stripped some of the engine out (head, barrel, variator, belt, few other bits), but havent yet took the clutch side of it off, and the piston was knackered so i just decided to ram a drill in the crank and lock the engine up that way instead of using a proper locking tool/impact gun

And also, the centre stand, coil and starter motor should be the same? Aswel as the carburettor? thanks

all main engine parts are the same, mount may be different though, and the loom + coil is different.

Aerox, SR50 and the suzuki AY50R all have the same engine.

The SR50 and the AY50R have the same exhausts aswell XD
