I bought a shitty aerox of a mate was a standard 50. I have put a polini sport 70cc kit, 17.5mm carb, a endy exhaust pipe, malossi reeds and a Kevlar belt ? What else can I do to get the best out of it without killing the engine ! Any help with anything would be great like what wires can I remove to tidy up the frame a little etc

have you changed the rollers, jetting and clutch springs to suite those upgrades.

oh and jetting only effects at over half throttle so if its in bits you wont really be able to tel what you need.

6g's are too heavy for an aerox, 4.5g's will be best.

Take a look at the new pedparts blog, there a dyno graph of a polini 70 kit with an endy exhuast... The endy really kills the power, you want something like a stage6 sport pro, it will transform it!

For sure go with the Stage6 Pro Replica pipe! Best pipe you can get for the money.

Really has done a lot for my bike. Likes to rev high. It should work great with the Polini Sport 70.

Get a set of rollers to tune with, also some stiffer clutch springs too. Jet set too (80-110)
An open filter and pro rep will need way bigger jets. I'm using a 98 Main Jet & 45 Idle jet with my setup.
