Right i swapped my Derbi senda for a Aerox 70cc last night Spec : Polini 70cc Polini crank Polini Variator and clutch polini belt Renthal bars Jacked up Shitty Viper exhaust :/ Delly 21mm carb TNT Raing filter 2 kill switches Manual Choke Basically i got it home last night, i started it, it idled fine, and i revved it and bogged , so i thought it needed to be warmed up, so i left it idling, i went to rev it again, and it bogged again, so i left it. Stripped it down this morning, noticed there a bits in the tank, so i stripped the carb, i cleaned the jets, it has a 82 mainjet, i put it back together, and it still did it again :/ Would i need to downjet it or adust the fuel/air mixture? Need help as soon as possible
depending on how it 'bogs' it could be the jet, but if jet was too big it would normally splutter, choke its self and then die, when i changed my airbox to an open filter this happned to me, so it could be an up-jet needed. also check the needle height on the carb, and all engine seals, crankcase, inlet manifold etc it could be drawing in air which could also cause the bogging.
i have a similar problem with my aerox. when i start mine it will cut out and then wont start i took it to the garage and got it back last wednesday and they cleaned all my card checked everything asnd the only way thay got it starting was down jetting it below the standard and noe the problem is happening again!!! doing my head in please help me to
i had sme problem changed my tnt air filter to a polini foam and it changed the whole bike as before it wudnt rev it just bogged out
